I had so much fun creating this hostess gift using my favorite chocolate Tony's Chocolonley! Everything I used is available at Target and mainly the dollar spot which makes it even better. I was raised to never go to a home empty handed or to thank your hostess, and I hope ours enjoys relaxing with some creamy chocolate after Easter brunch.
